It’s a Sad Day in Lake Stevens

We are at odds not understanding why the chicken needs to go he is not hurting anyone hes just sitting there,The chicken has been around for years And my husband and i have lived in lake stevens for 25 years And it has been part of us and our kids all there lives and we feel its appalling to think it my have to leave. It makes it a sad day in lake stevens to see him go.I don’t want to see this happen.
